HOW MUCH WILL MY PROJECT COST?
Every project is different, but from our experience we can give you an accurate estimate of your project cost during our consultation. We will also work with you to stay within your budget.
WHAT IS YOUR DESIGN PROCESS LIKE?
Our design projects starts with decoding the big ideas of our clients and making sure everyone on the project is on the same page. The next stage is conceptualizing and planning, this is where the magic happens. Stage 3 is preparing an execution bill of quantities and planning out timelines and budget for execution. The final stage is where we bring the designs to life through execution.
HOW LONG WILL THE DESIGN PROCESS TAKE?
Most of our design and build projects take between 3-6 months from project conception right to final delivery of the project. This however is largely dependent on the scale and complexity of the project.
WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE WHAT YOU DESIGN FOR ME?
We promise not to take it personally. The client is carried along throughout the design process, and you get 2 free design reviews after the first draft of designs are delivered.
IS THERE A WAY TO SPEED UP THE PROCESS?
We try to keep ahead of our set timelines as much as possible, but one sure thing that speeds up design delivery is clear and specific project briefs and prompt client feedback.
